The staff is amazing. the hotel offers a great location right by the harbor. It is close to the British Battlefields at Helles.

It was in a marvellous and excellent location near pubs and eateries. The airport was 0.5 km away. The staff were really kind and pleasant during our whole stay.

The location was great and particularly good, not far from retaurants and stores, the port at Canakkale, a short hop by car ferry to the peninsula and left to the British Battlefields at Helles or right to the Anzac battlefields and the clock which is a meeting point of the city and easily accessible...

I loved the beautifully maintained room. the nice view was great. the location was magnificent, very close to the ferry terminal with easy access to a market and shops.

We've been here 10 days ago and again it's been a good location for our 1 night stay. Clean, comfortable, great location!

During both stays I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi, but browsing didn't work. Definitely not a major issue though. Unless you're here for business. ;)

location is good for exploring çanakkale. nothing beats being in grand anzac. it is right by the airport. it took 5 minutes to reach mega beach on foot.

The room we had was equipped with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything was clean all around. Our location was excellent, very close to the ferry. the staff was amazing throughout our stay.

the shoud inspect all rooms doors because we had a problem with room door. one week ago we had problems with the bathroom door we stay at first floor and was very noisy because of a few people which , continuous, smash the rooms door and talk louder until 1 am in the night. the hotel staff didn't care about this and the didn’t take any measure to calm down those people also, I said before, the breakfast was bad

Great value for the price! Close to the waterfront restaurants and ferry to Gallipoli.

No complaints...only access to the hotel could be improved but I believe this to be outside the hotel's control.

The hotel has large beds in the rooms. There is an individual safe, air conditioning, and a minibar in the room. the service provided by the staff was excellent. the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant during my stay. the hotel is in a marvelous and perfect location, only 1 km from the city centre.

They tried their best to give us a very early check in, we really appreciated this after spending whole night sleepless in the bus. Information and city tours were really helpful, we enjoyed our trip. Breakfast was very good, not too many items but very delicious. AC in the room was working so good. It was so close to city center but not crowded and loud, we liked it.

Front road was under construction, that's why it was so dusty. They should have more English tv channels because they have lots of foreigner guest. Balcony's door was not able to close, it's not good for security at all. And finally being a euro charge hotel they need to have a safe box in their guest rooms.

The room comes with breakfast and provides shower facilities, a hairdryer, and slippers.

The rooms were very good, the stuff was vry friendly. The wireless worked very good.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, modern look. Ideal for spending a night or two into town. We were just passing by on our way to Bodrum and this hotel was perfect for us! It was a bit tricky to find the hotel parkings, but a member of the staff accompanied me to the location.

Not that they can do anything about it, but the roads around the hotel were not finished and looked old dusty country roads. If you travel by car, do not book a stay without also choosing parking. It's very difficult to find a place.
